Implementation Specialist and Account Manager

Job Description and Responsibilities:

We are a growing, young insurance agency that is looking for an energetic, people oriented individual to assist our growing staff with quoting, new business implementation, and service. The applicant needs to be personable, responsive and eager to grow professionally.  This position involves client interaction and demands a very high level of concentration and ability to enter all data correctly. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for managing multiple client projects at one time and must be able to meet specific deadlines. They will also be responsible for quoting and servicing existing accounts.

Skills:

  • Responsible for managing client expectations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, responsiveness, and communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to detect potential issues and implementing solutions in a timely manner
  • Strong project management and organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree. This is for full-time employment, post graduates only
  • Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) experience preferred
